Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed Against Indiana County EMS
Tuesday, April 5th, 2011
The personal representative of a Muncie woman who died in 2009 has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Delaware County Emergency Medical Service, reports thestarpress.com.
The lawsuit alleges the EMS employees “rendered negligent treatment” which led to the 34-year-old’s death on February 5, 2009. The suit failed to identify what the county EMS employees did or did not do that caused the woman’s death. The woman left behind four minor children.
The attorney filed the suit on behalf of the personal representative of the woman’s estate assigned for the sole purpose of pursuing a wrongful death action.
