Woman Ejected From Golf Cart Files Suit

Barron News-Shield of Wisconsin reports a woman has filed a personal injury lawsuit against a golf course following an injury accident in June 2009.
The lawsuit which was filed against Pine Crest Golf of Dallas, alleges the woman was a passenger in a golf cart when she was ejected “due to the operation and maintenance of the cart and hazardous conditions” on the grounds. Also, the suit claims the golf course’s negligence in maintaining the vehicle and/or the negligent conduct of the golf cart’s operator contributed to the incident. The driver of the cart and the victim share the same last name and home address.
The complaint states the victim suffered serious and permanent injury, emotional distress, incurred substantial medical expenses and will incur damages and expenses in the future.
