Family Awarded $1.68 Million Following Auto Accident

NewsandSentinel.com reports a Parkersburg, West Virginia family has been awarded $1.68 million by a jury for injuries suffered in a 2009 auto accident.
The accident happened on January 8, 2009, on West Virginia 47 at Interstate 77 when the 2000 Subaru Outback collided with a 2000 Chevy Blazer owned by Dual Air Refrigeration and driven by Karen Johnson. The jury found Johnson’s negligence was the cause of the accident. A passenger in the Outback suffered severe spinal injuries in the accident.
