Judge Awards $15 Million to Family of Crash Victim

A federal judge has awarded $15 million to one victim’s family of a 2005 crash on the Indiana Toll Road which left four people dead.
The accident was caused by a truck driver for Net Trucking of Burbank, Illinois reports Indystar.com. The trucking company was found negligent of allowing the driver to drive more than what was legally allowed and for altering the log books. Net Trucking hasn’t responded to the lawsuit for over a year according to court documents.
